close layer
  • Planning: 2009-in process
  • Client: City of Dinslaken
  • Area: 143 ha

As a first step an environmental report of the 64th revision of the regional development plan has been compiled for the administrative region of Düsseldorf (Düsseldorf GEP 99) referring to the area of the City of Dinslaken and the municipality of Hünxe (conversion of the colliery’s area  into a housing and free space zone).

The skeleton plan for the conversion of the coal mine Lohberg / Ostfeld 1/ 2 necessitated environmental impact assessment and impact regulation according to nature conservation regulation law including faunistic field mapping. Based on this sound footing, future special planning scheme plans will be able to implement the evaluation of different subjects of protection.
